This date will be announced here and on the announcements of the billing portal. We are providing a free 15 minutes remote hands session to all colocation customers moving forward. If the task takes longer than 15 minutes, you will be billed for the remainder of the time. You will still receieve an invoice for the free remote hands showing the cost and a credit on the invoice for the 15 minute session. Any questions regarding this free service should be directed to a ticket.
