Advisory Announcement: Identified: Network Packets were temporarily denied for 1 minute while we were configuring the LAG/LLCP Access Control List causing services to remain online but have all incoming traffic not included on the ACL dropped.
When: Approximately 12 AM CST, September 1st, 2022
What: All Services in Dallas, Texas
Resolution: Access Control List was configured and saved to the router configuration restoring services. Service packets from outside Hosting Bot LLC ASN were restored approximately 45 seconds after identification was made. No further action is required.
