Scheduled Maintenance Notification Event: Cabinet Maintenance - Dallas-DC2-ET10 Start: January 17th, 2026, 8:00 AM CST End: January 17th, 2026, 5:00 PM CST Downtime Expected: Yes Affected Equipment: All equipment in ET10 rack, to include Node2 Virtualization Node. Anyone located in Dallas-DC2-EB04 or Dallas-DC2-EB05 are not affected by this maintenance notice and can safely ignore. Planned Movement: All equipment in ET10 will be powered down to perform power circuit maintenance to ensure facility compliance with regards to voltage regulation. After receiving the RCAR report from the facility about the recent utility issue causing a low voltage event, we have requested a full inspection on all active circuits and repairs to be made. If repairs are anticipated to last longer than the scheduled outage, all equipment will be migrated to a new cabinet that has been inspected and passed inspection. This maintenance will be conducted directly by Hosting Bot, LLC staff in coordination with Prime Data Center Facilities Management.
