-Dallas Scheduled Maintenance Notification Event: Colocation Rack Maintenance Start: May 25th, 2025, 8:00 AM CST End: May 25th, 2025, 5:00 PM CST Downtime Expected: Yes for @Colocation Customers, no for Hosting Bot, LLC @Dedicated Server Customer / @Dallas KVM Customer Affected Equipment: All @Colocation Customers will be moved from ET10 Rackspace to EB05 Rackspace. Planned Movement: We plan to move one colocation customer at a time to minimize downtime. For customers with quarter/half rack space that run their own networks via owned network hardware, the network hardware will be moved first. No change in IPs/uplinks are expected. Once the network hardware has been racked in the designated spot for that customers location, servers will be moved 1 by 1 to their new designated location in the rack. We expect single server colocation users to be down for about 15 minutes during this window. We expect quarter rack colocation users to be down for about 1 hour total with services coming live during that 1 hour window. We expect half rack colocation users to be down for about 2 hours total with services coming live during that 2 hours window. Full rack colocation customers are not affected by this downtime and can safely disregard this maintenance notice. This move comes with increased power availability, better network connection availability and close proximity to core hardware.
